Our strengths are derived from the talents, ideas, and experience of our people. We know that an inclusive workplace where all employees are valued and have the opportunity to reach their full potential is also a successful workplace.
An Experienced Team
Our people are our most important asset.
Our energetic, experienced and loyal executives work together to monitor, supervise and support Enesel Group operations. Shore-based operations teams in Athens and Limassol offices consist of experienced ex-seagoing marine officers who have been with the Group for many years.
Find a STAR for every position
The Group takes pride in its equal opportunities policies that allow women to thrive in this traditionally male-dominated industry. The female retention rate at the end of 2020 reached 100%, and out of 30 female team members within the Group, 19 are mothers, with 15 of them having their children during their time with us.
A DIVERSE MANY not a limited FEW
The Enesel Group strives to maintain friendly and open communication with all crew members and invests in seafarer training and development in order to encourage loyalty and ensure motivation, recognising the importance of our seafarers’ role in ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of the cargoes carried by our managed fleets.
Our newbuilding site teams have accumulated vast experience whilst supervising the construction and delivery of vessels at shipyards worldwide.
The Enesel Group provides all aspects of newbuilding supervision commencing with shipyard selection and evaluation of vessel design. After the successful delivery of a vessel, the team continues to monitor vessel performance. While requirements vary from project to project, the scope of newbuilding supervision can be broadly categorized as follows:
- Drawing approval
- Project supervision and reporting
- Shop test inspections
- Sea Trials/Delivery.
Drawing approval and overall supervision of projects is carried out by a dedicated newbuilding site team. Site Teams are established at the shipyard from steel cutting to delivery with every step being closely monitored to ensure the delivery of a quality vessel as per Enesel Group standards. The Site Teams consist of experienced supervisors under the management of a Site Office Manager who is the point of contact for all communications and reporting.
Come and join our team to help shape the maritime industry of the future!
The Enesel Group offers a wide variety of exciting, challenging career opportunities that attract talented, driven individuals from all backgrounds.
